No Lamb for me............(deep sigh)

First of all, thank you to Pam at Pam's Midwest Kitchen Korner for becoming a follower of my blog! Check out her recipes and posts :-)

Since today is my birthday and since my plan was to watch Doug grill lamb shish kabobs...and since the weather here is absolutely awful........no kabobs for us.

I wrote up the recipe and reflections on turning a year older. Celebrating my good health and good times. But no lamb. So, I'll share that recipe with you later on when we grill it.

Today I'll give photos of trip we took to St Marks when another storm was brewing.

Recipes later! We're off to grab a bottle of Beaujolais and a loaded pizza!

The dock with a stormy background.........

Flags were flapping the strong wind.........

I love the thistles...they were everywhere.........

I love the old fashioned street lights..........

It was a fun day and we made it home before it rained!
