Chateau Guiot Costieres de Nimes 2011
Another good French Rose. Blend of Grenache and Syrah from the French southern Nimes region. Dark in color, as a matter of fact, the darkest Rose I have seen. Dark berry flavors.
While we planned to pair it up with grilled fish or a light dish, it went very well with leftover canitas. We are enjoying different roses lately and most are from the French region of Nimes. Recommended!
