Wolf Rose

The Villa Wolf Rosé went so well with the swordfish. Honestly, when I think about picking up a bottle of Rose I wander over to the French or Spanish wines. Happy to have found this label from Germany. I preferred the Spanish Rose we had a bit more but this German wine is one I would certainly purchase again. Berry flavors and nice clean finish.

Served with grilled swordfish (which has a slightly sweet taste)

    I love rosé - even a bubbly one. Great with fish or veggies or white(ish) meat or ...
