Weekend Wine Review: Beringer Pinot Noir 2010

Beringer Pinot Noir 2010 - Napa Valley California

$9.99 buys you a richly colored hearty wine with notes of black cherry, plum and toasted nuts. Another one I could recommend but hey, I like most pinots. I sure liked this one.

We had it with steamed salmon and let me tell you – a white wine was not missed at all with this flavor pairing.

Excellent deal and we'll sure purchase more of this label.

I like a good pinot too, along with a port, burgundy, shiraz, wait, I think I prefer reds... thanks for the recommendation...

Wine is definitely something I'd love to learn more about but find it so overwhelming. So...for now I'll just drink. ;)

We've had this too -- and with salmon (grilled). It's also good with lamb. Yummmm.
