We had this with pork chops and pears for one dinner and another evening with a smoked sausage.
When it's a Kermit Lynch you just can't go wrong. This is a good wine but after a half bottle, we found it sweeter than we remembered. Probably give it a pass next time and go with another white, something floral but less cloying.

It did compliment the meal, but towards the end you really noticed the sweetness. Nigel has some kick ass recipes!
