A breakfast dish of pasta..that’s how Jamie describes this meal. So true. So filling.
The theme at I Heart Cooking Clubs this week? Pasta...One of my favorites! This one comes from Jamie’s book Italy …a book that is surely going on my wish list!

OMG, this looks fantastic - I love pasta with sausage - one of my favourites. But the addition of pancetta - never would have occurred to me - transports this into true porcine/pasta heaven.

Delicious. I love a non tomato based sauce occasionally and this is always one of my top choices.
