Since we are still having extremely hot temperatures (108 F heat indices) I imagine we will continue to explore Roses. Another I can definitely recommend :-)

Chateau Grande Cassagne - Weekend Wine Review
Another rose from France's Rhone valley. Lots of red fruits in this blend of Syrah and Grenache.
We paired this up with Cacio e Pepe and it was a great blend of flavors.
Since we are still having extremely hot temperatures (108 F heat indices) I imagine we will continue to explore Roses. Another I can definitely recommend :-)
