Reader's Workout #13
Good day and welcome to my 13th link up with Joy at Joy's Book Blog for her Reader's Workouts series!
One of our best days for burning calories this past week was Saturday. As you can see by the screen shot below we had in almost 5,800 steps before 10 a.m. That was a good day of early morning walking followed by massive cleanup at the house. Well, it was intensive for us as we aren’t the best housekeepers. There was curtain hanging, photo hanging, vacuuming, cleaning out a spare room and rearrangement of at least one room.
I was tired that evening! The rest of the week includes the usual dog walk followed by our faster paced walk.
How was your week? Since it’s reader’s workout what are you reading? I finished Summer Secrets by Jane Green and am currently half way through Witch Hunt by Ian Rankin.

It's good to get back to posting about food after a short break. Next year I will be getting a flu shot; this bout knocked me for a loop...
