Reader's Workout #13

Good day and welcome to my 13th link up with Joy at Joy's Book Blog for her Reader's Workouts series!

One of our best days for burning calories this past week was Saturday. As you can see by the screen shot below we had in almost 5,800 steps before 10 a.m. That was a good day of early morning walking followed by massive cleanup at the house. Well, it was intensive for us as we aren’t the best housekeepers. There was curtain hanging, photo hanging, vacuuming, cleaning out a spare room and rearrangement of at least one room.



I was tired that evening! The rest of the week includes the usual dog walk followed by our faster paced walk.

How was your week? Since it’s reader’s workout what are you reading? I finished Summer Secrets by Jane Green and am currently half way through Witch Hunt by Ian Rankin.

So you're saying that to get more steps, I should deep clean my apartment?! Ugh, fine. :P

Good job with your steps! My cleaning day was Sunday because we were having company for dinner (and I totally met my step goal that day).

I'm reading The Girl on The Train. It took forever to get it from the library since it's so popular. I was slow getting into it, but I'm entranced now!

Ha! I know what you mean. If I know people will come over I go into ultra clean mode!

Thanks, Joy. I am still #40 on the list at the library for that book but I'm waiting for a digital version for the Kindle.

Good job! I did a bit of cleaning too one day this week. I cleaned out the pantry and the fridge.
