Weekend Wine Review: Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais

Looking back at my mini reviews I see I neglected a favorite....this Beaujolais is so quaffable we drink it straight from the bottle.



Now did you really believe that...from the bottle? Really? Maybe 35 years ago but we've moved on to glasses. With stems. Just sayin.

It's not too sweet (hate sweet wines), has a nice mouth feel, goes with pizza, chicken, lamb...........it's another recommended wine. Not expensive and recently our local grocery store had it on sale for $7.99 a bottle. Great price, actually, a helluva sale on this wine. It's tasty, it's French...go get some.

    Beaujolais is our all time favorite; if there is any special occasion that is the one we buy or order.Perfection! You have good taste.
